Take a seat and relax.
Whether we are working virtually or in-person, my goal is to help you feel safe and comfortable while exploring your authentic self. I work from a judgment-free perspective while helping you embrace your true story - a narrative that is uniquely yours to share.
Working from a strengths-based perspective involves focusing in on the inherent strengths, resources, and resilience of individuals, rather than solely on their deficits or vulnerabilities.
In my approach, I collaborate with individuals to identify their unique strengths, talents, and capabilities. Together, we explore how these strengths can be leveraged to navigate life's challenges, improve well-being, and cultivate resilience. My goal is to help the client recognize their strengths, acknowledge past successes, and develop a sense of self-efficacy and empowerment.
Who I work with in my practice
Prior to setting our first session I prefer to have a brief conversation via phone to learn more about what you are seeking from therapy. This is helpful for us both to determine if we might make a good fit and to ensure that I can offer the best possible care to meet your needs. If it turns out we are not the best fit, I am always happy to provide multiple referral options.
Currently, I work with diverse populations ranging from adolescents to adults, as well as couples. I provide support for behavioral health issues including anxiety/panic disorders, depression, adjustment disorder, low motivation, executive functioning and ADHD,
I do not accept insurance, however, I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement of your services rendered.
